NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

The “15K Reasons to Be Thankful. One Fabulous Giveaway!” (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Texan Fringe, an independently owned boutique located in Beaumont, Texas (“Sponsor”).

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Shopify, or American Darling.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and locations where prohibited by law are not eligible.

Employees of Texan Fringe and members of the Sponsor's immediate household are not eligible to win.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins when Texan Fringe publicly announces that entries are open and activates its official entry form.

The Giveaway ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on the earlier of:

The calendar day Texan Fringe reaches 15,000 TikTok followers, as determined by the Sponsor; or
Monday, November 16, 2026.

The closing date will be announced through Texan Fringe's official social media channels.

Entries received after the applicable deadline will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Giveaway Period, visit the official Texan Fringe giveaway page and submit the entry form with your first name, last name, and valid email address.

Entrants must confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Official Rules.

No purchase, payment, TikTok follow, social media interaction, or marketing subscription is required.

Providing a TikTok username is optional. By voluntarily providing one, entrants authorize Texan Fringe to publicly mention or tag that username in giveaway-related shout-outs.

Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

One American Darling genuine leather and hair-on-hide backpack.

Approximate retail value: $75 USD.

Shipping to an eligible address within the contiguous United States will be provided at no cost to the winner.

The prize is not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred or exchanged.

6. WINNER SELECTION

One potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will take place within three business days after the Giveaway closes.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE CLAIM

The potential winner will be notified using the email address provided during entry.

The selected entrant must respond within 48 hours of the notification email to confirm eligibility and provide the information needed to ship the prize.

If the selected entrant does not respond within 48 hours, is ineligible, or cannot be contacted, Texan Fringe may select an alternate winner through another random drawing.

Texan Fringe will never require payment or a purchase to claim the prize.

8. PRIVACY AND MARKETING CONSENT

Information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and fulfill the prize.

Entrants are not required to subscribe to marketing emails.

Any marketing subscription must be separately and voluntarily selected. Subscribing does not increase the chances of winning.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Texan Fringe Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Texan Fringe may disqualify fraudulent, duplicate, automated, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible entries.

If technical failures, unauthorized interference, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control prevent the Giveaway from operating as intended, Texan Fringe may suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

Any material changes will be communicated through Texan Fringe's official channels.

10. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

After the winner has responded and eligibility has been verified, Texan Fringe may publicly announce the winner's first name and state of residence.

The winner's last name, email address, mailing address, and other private information will not be publicly disclosed without additional permission.
